Overview
Glenheir was founded durring the early 15th century in winter of the year 1408, by Shelè Orme. The establishment of Glenheir suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.
Glenheir was built using the conventions of Sylvin durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Glenheir is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.
Glenheir is buildings are built arround a single spacious packed earth mainstreet which forms a counterclockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town is protected by a renforced stone fence which sits atop earthwork defences, for some of the best inexpencive defences a town of Glenheir's size could have. The town's well-designed, yet cheep have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.
The town shows nothing out of the ordinary, at first glance. Then you start to notice all the small things. Each window has seven iron nails pounded into the sill. Every door has a sprig of holly overhead. Every well is branded with purity seals and runes to ward the contents. Everyone is carrying a small charm for safety or fortune, be it a rabbit’s foot, a horseshoe, or other little totems.

Cultural Notes
Glenheir's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its functional shapes, abstract shapes used sparingly for decor, simple color schemes, holistic design, and basic industrial materials. Its simple designs were created to be beautiful, functional, and mass-producible. The style used little to no embellishment or ornamentation, instead drawing attention to the streamlined design, such as flat roofs to create a simple, geometric look. The simplicity masks the style's nearly sinister functionality, as every last feature is designed to guide the people living in the building in how to make the most efficient use of the structure.
Due to the actions of local Kami, winter is long in Glenheir.
The Weedwhip near Glenheir are known to be more aggressive than normal.
Glenheir's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves sex to channel Illusion energies of tier 1 via divine sermons.
